In the 2024 season, Lubochnia Arabians continues its tour of Italian and European shows. And as they say, “they take no prisoners.” The team from Lubochnia already had a very successful first appearance at this year’s Vesuvio Trophy with D Dawaly and the grey yearling Sana OS (Exagon OS – Panamera OS / Psytadel). Both were shown by Paolo Capecci and their excellent preparation was more than palpable.
Sana OS was the first to present herself and one would like to say that she easily won her class. Her movement was flawless, which was appreciated by the judges, who awarded her five 20s out of a possible six. She received three more for type, and two for head and neck, which she first wanted to hide absolutely from the judging panel. The result of 92.25 gave her the leader position in the class, and the next day the judges had no doubt that she was the best among the six yearlings.
From the moment D Dawaly has entered the warm-up arena, we could feel that the performance was entertaining and enjoyable for her, and she tried to anticipate Paolo’s next move with interest. She left the ring with the highest number of twenties, receiving a full set for type and head and neck, and as a result, with the highest score of the show – 93.08. Also in her case there was no question of surprise in the championships. The judges’ unanimity prevailed, and D Dawaly was simply unrivaled.
To sum it all up, the gold in the Yearling Mare Championships went to the very young Sana OS, who has great potential to be a star of international shows. And the highly experienced D Dawaly easily won the title of Gold Medalist of the Senior Mare Championships, literally outclassing her rivals.
